The place was crowded, after flagging down a waitress (20 minute wait) we placed our order. Waited for an hour, when we noticed that food was being serviced, personally by the manager, to a group of people that came 30 minutes after we did and didn't put their order in until after we diid!! When we brought this observation to the attention of the waitress - told us our food would be out in another 15 minutes (for some chicken wings!) and when we pointed this out to the manager- he's reply wasn't conducive to our returning to this place!
